Security
To submit an application, you’ll need to have a 128-bit encryption pack installed in your browser. The 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate provides strong encryption for Internet transactions and is a worldwide standard for securing online e-commerce and banking transactions.
Follow the instructions below to determine the encryption level of your browser.
For Firefox:
All version of Firefox support 128-bit encryption.
For Internet Explorer 6.0+:
1. Select “Help” from the main menu.
2. Choose “About Internet Explorer”
3. Look for the term “Cipher Strength” under “Version”. Cipher Strength should read : 128-bit. If it is lower, you will need to
upgrade Internet Explorer.
