This document describes Wendy’s Restaurants of Canada Inc. ("Wendy's") policy regarding information you provide when applying for the Wendy’s Classic Achiever® Scholarship online at wendysclassicachiever.ca. Wendy's respects the privacy concerns of the visitors to its site and encourages all applicants to the Wendy’s Classic Achiever® Scholarship program to view this privacy policy.
Wendy's strongly encourages all parents to supervise their children's on-line activities and regularly monitor their children's use of the Internet. General Use of Applicant Information
The information provided by persons who apply online at wendysclassicachiever.ca for Wendy’s Classic Achiever® scholarship program is used solely to process and adjudicate the application. No personal information contained in the scholarship application will be sold, transferred or otherwise disseminated to third parties outside Wendy's. Any contact information provided by the applicant will be used only to contact the applicant or the applicant’s principal with respect to his or her application status or to obtain additional information that may be necessary to process the application.
Verification of Finalists’ Application Information
Applications for those applicants who are judged to be finalists for the Wendy’s Classic Achiever® Scholarship will be provided to the applicant’s high school principal for verification of the information provided by the applicant.
Log Files
Log files are used to track and monitor traffic patterns on our site for maintenance purposes. The logs are not used to track or monitor personally identifiable information.
User Feedback/Inquiries
We welcome email messages to our Help Centre at wendys@usupport.net. Help Centre Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. We will make every reasonable attempt to respond to user support emails within 48 hours or the next business day after the email is received. However, we cannot guarantee the timeliness of responses to user support emails which can be impacted by volume of user support emails, technological considerations, Acts of God, etc. We assume no responsibility for emails either to or from our user support team that may, for whatever reason, be lost in transit.
